  • Your Stripe Customer ID.
  • Your Subscription ID to manage your active service level.

Through our use of Google Firebase for authentication and push notifications, certain device identifiers and app usage data may be collected automatically to ensure the app functions correctly and notifications reach your device.

Additionally, when you browse our website to purchase the Device, our e-commerce provider utilizes cookies and similar tracking technologies to ensure the site functions correctly, remember your cart contents, and monitor website traffic.

E. E-commerce and Shipping Data

When you purchase the K9Cool Hub through our website, our e-commerce platform collects necessary fulfillment information, including:

  • Soracom: Provides the SIM cards and cellular connectivity allowing your K9Cool Hub to communicate with our servers.
  • Stripe: Handles all billing, payment processing, and secure storage of your payment methods.
  • Google Firebase: Manages secure user authentication (logging in) and delivers push notifications to your mobile device.
  • Shopify: Hosts our online store and processes the initial purchase and shipping details of your K9Cool Hub hardware.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. Our custom API utilizes secure protocols, and we rely on enterprise-grade providers (Azure, Stripe, Google) to ensure your data is safeguarded. However, no transmission of data over the internet or cellular networks is guaranteed to be completely secure.
