How difficult is the install?
We've made installation of your new K9Cool easy. The app will talk you through every stage of the installation including your hub, fans, temperature sensors and all the associated cables!
How much is the subscription?
The subscription is £4.99 per month or £49.99 per year. This ensures the SIM card in you K9Cool Hub stays active so you keep getting alerts and remote control.
How is the hub powered?
The hub is powered by a cigarette lighter USB adapter provided with the kit. It can also be powered by some battery banks (USB-C PD compatible).
How many fans can each hub support?
Each K9Cool hub can support up to 4 fans. You can connect as many, or as few, as you want up to this limit.
How many temperature sensors can each hub support?
Each K9Cool Hub can support up to 3 temperature sensors. You can connect as many, or as few, as you want up to this limit.
What crate brands does it fit?
We can fit almost any crate brand! Many crates use mesh which the universal kit fits well to. We also have specific mounting kits for some crate brands, feel free to ask if you 're not sure or would like your brand of crate supported!
